Here at The Luxury Bed Company, we operate a very simple and straightforward delivery system. This is to ensure you have the best experience from start to finish. Please refer to the information below for any queries regarding the delivery process.

Whilst we will do our best to fulfil specific delivery date requests there is no guarantee we will be able to. 

We offer two types of Delivery Services for all our Bed Orders.


With this service, all the Processed orders are delivered within 4 to 6 weeks and in some cases longer depending on the geographical location. Our trained staff will bring the bed into the room of your choice, unpack and fully assemble it for you. You will be contacted prior to arranging the delivery to confirm some key details to ensure the assembly service can be carried out without any issues. Please ensure that we have your correct contact detail preferably a Valid Mobile Number. If you have specific delivery requirements or live in a building that has restricted access please call us to discuss your requirements.


This service is the same as the premium delivery option but delivery is much faster and you can expect to receive your bed within 2-3 weeks when choosing this option.

The above delivery charges are to cover the cost of delivery. The delivery team will install the bed free of charge as a goodwill gesture.

If you miss your delivery date/time for any reason and we are forced to rearrange delivery there may be a charge of £69 to cover the cost.

Please note that delivery costs are non refundable for any reason. Adverse weather conditions may delay your delivery however we will always keep you informed and where necessary re book accordingly.

Installation of the bed is free of charge however if you, the customer, refuse this service you must check the bed yourself for any damages or faults at the time of delivery before signing the Delivery Note. The Luxury Bed Company cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported after the delivery team has left.

Our delivery teams can deliver throughout mainland UK. However there are certain areas which are currently excluded from our delivery coverage however please check back again as we are always working on including new areas to our delivery network.

We will require one weeks notice to rearrange a planned delivery.

Fabric Samples usually take 7-10 days to arrive.
